Welcome to Lewis Lawn Care. As the standard maintenance offer, we provide weekly mowing which includes weed-whacking, taking care of yard waste including grass clippings and fallen leaves, driveway/walkway cleanups as well as your standard and thorough Fall/Spring cleanups. We take pride in and value our long-term relationships with clients. With that being said, we take care of our clients needs throughout the seasons whether it be a daunting new project, fallen trees, or wanting an entirely new landscape. Why Weekly Mowing is Important
When grass is regularly mowed it ensures that no more than 1/3 of the plant is cut off at once. This helps prevent the plant from shock. Mowing weekly can aid in maintaining a consistent color and promotes the lateral spread of the grass roots for a full and beautiful lawn.
Garden Bed Health
Garden bed health starts with keeping your ornamental plants separate from grass and weeds. Each bed is thoroughly weeded, then the edges are hand cut and redefined to keep the grass from spreading into the bed. A fresh layer of high quality composted black mulch is added to the weeds at to keep the weeds at bay while delivering nutrients to your ornamental plants.
Shrub and Hedge trimming
Includes string trimming with hard surface cleanup (decks, driveways, walkways, patios). Services performed on a weekly basis.
Lawn Installation
Want to start from square zero? A total lawn remodel is something we can do! This includes digging up an existing lawn and starting a new one to your preference.
Fallen Tree Cleanup
Between Maine’s sporadic winter storms and the seasonal thunderstorms, fallen trees happen. Tree cleanup is a service provided for existing customers.
Tractor Work
Lewis Lawn can take care of many tasks with the use of a tractor. This includes but is not limited to: driveway installation, brush removal, removal of concrete and more.
Dump Runs
Available for existing customers only, at owner’s discretion.
Snow Plowing
Available for existing customers only, at owner’s discretion.
